In the wave of electronic devices evolving towards thinner, curved, and multifunctional integration, thermal management modules play a pivotal role. From curved displays in intelligent in-car cockpits to optical modules in AR/VR glasses, achieving rapid and uniform defogging and antifreezing in severe cold environments, while preserving the visual aesthetics of the device, has become a technical challenge that industrial design must overcome.
Traditional heating solutions, such as metal wires or ITO rigid films, are increasingly facing physical limitations: metal wires cause visual obstruction, making it difficult to meet high light transmittance requirements; ITO’s inherent brittleness makes it unsuitable for flexible or curved structures.
The advent of transparent heating films provides an ideal solution to this dilemma. Based on a design featuring transparent metallic grid conductive materials and flexible substrates, these films utilize precision micro-patterning technology to achieve efficient conversion of electrical heating energy and uniform temperature distribution, while maintaining a visible light transmittance of over 85%. When powered on, the transparent conductive layer generates uniform heat, enabling rapid removal of frost and mist.
Thanks to its thin film morphology and optical transparency, the transparent heating film can be seamlessly applied to curved car screens, camera lenses, and architectural glass surfaces, providing seamless defogging and anti-freezing protection. It is evolving from a single heating function to a key fundamental component integrating thermal management, transparent conductivity, and structural concealment, opening up new design dimensions for fields such as intelligent cockpits, precision optics, and smart buildings.
Based on different application environments, the product applications supported by Sunlord transparent heating film can be mapped to the following scenarios:

The product laminate structure is as shown in the above figure. Additionally, we provide bonding services for products with OCA adhesive, ASF, etc., for bonding with carriers such as glass, transparent PC, acrylic, or for added protection. This ensures a firm bond with the carrier while protecting the product’s excellent environmental reliability. Through patterned design, the heating speed and uniformity are ensured. Positive and negative electrode areas are reserved on both sides of the transparent heating film, which can be hidden in the non-visible area of the carrier’s edge.
